What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?
My wife Mrs. Jhumpa Biswas, aged 50 years,having pain in stomach and having swollen abdomen. Sonography of abdomen shows enlarged liver ,having heterogenenous parenchymal echopattern. Intra heptic biliary channels are not dilated. No focal solid or cystic SOL seen. Liver span at mid clavicular line is 15.o cm. Kindly advise. Regards- A C Biswas

welcometo hcm ..mr biswas your wife is suffering from fatty liver ..and there should ne proper control of her BP and sugar and lipid profile and weight ..she should ne evaluated for liver tests as serum albumin ...sgot ..sgpt ...advise her to cut down on starchy fatty fried and sweets ..she can take tab liveril forte one tab twice a day for 15 days plus tab pentaprazole plus domperidone combination for 15 days ...all her problems with be gone
