What Does This Ultrasound Report Mean?

Hello i hv my lmp 28jan...i m continously bled since 12 march...there were also some clotting present...in 11 march ultrasound...ges.sac 8 mm seen....no feotal node ... No cardic activity....after that 13 march ultrasound....... Small feotal node is seen....but no cardic activity....what does this mean???

This is a report of abdominal ultrasound done in antenatal mother routinely to see the condition of the fetus as well as any abnormalities if present. Findings of this report are strongly suggestive of spontaneous abortion as there is no cardiac activity and you are also bleeding with some clots present inside.
