Hi thanks for your question
Your ultra sound report is absolutely normal. I am going to explain each and every term to you.
Single live intra uterine pregnancy means you have only one live fetus (baby) developing inside your uterus. This statement clarifies three things (a) it is intra uterine pregnancy as pregnancy which is normal as sometimes pregnancy can be extra uterine which abnormal
(B) Only one baby is developing in your uterus as sometimes there can be twins’ means 2 baby inside uterus.
(C) Baby is alive as sometime baby can be inside uterus but dead.
Breach presentation means baby position in the uterus when we say breach it means footings are swards pelvis and head up in the abdomen, this is normal position at this stage of pregnancy. During early stages of pregnancy baby frequently changes positions, till term when mostly head is towards pelvis
29 weeks is the gestational age which means baby is 29 weeks and one day old.BD (bi parietal diameter), HC (head circumference),FL (femur length) are the parameters by which age of baby is calculated.
Posterior placental position is normal, low lying is also normal at this stage of pregnant .later on it migrates to fundus(upper part of uterus), which is its normal position.
Grade 2 is maturity of placenta and used for gestational age. Not previa means it is not in the (abnormal position) that is anterior part of uterus which is very abnormal position.
Amniotic fluid is the fluid which surrounds the baby inside the uterus and its quantity is adequate, not low or high both of which are abnormal conditions
Hope that answers your question
