What Does This Ultrasound Report Mean?

Had my transVS UTZ today after taking clomid 100mg day 5-9 of my menstrual cycle to check signs of ovulation. The result is as follows: cervix 2.9x2.1x2.5 cm, with distinct canal and homogeneous stroma. Endometrium 0.4cm, trilaminar, with intact endo myometrial junction. Uterus corpus 3.9x4.3x3.5 cm, retroverted, with smooth contour and homogeneous myometrial echopattern. Rgt ovary 2.7x3.7x1.4 cm, normal in size and echopattern with 12 different sized follicles less than 10mm. Lft ovary 1.8x1.4x1.2 cm, normal in size and echopattern with 5 different sized follicles less than 10mm. Cul de sac no free fluid Impression: normal sized retroverted uterus with proliferative phase endometrium polycystic right ovary normal left ovary. Is there any signs of ovulation? Do i have a chance to get pregnant if we do it this time? Thanks

Hello, thanks for writing to HCM.
I have read your report- there are no signs of any dominant follicle DF (more than 10mm) forming in either ovary yet.
You may followup in 2-3 days to see if there is any growth of a DF.

Without a DF formation and rupture, there is no chance of a conception-
as no egg would be released.
