Hi sir m newly married nulligravida women.k/c/o menorrhagia and now on tablet novelon(OCP) Last 4 days.now m having last 3 days severe spasmotic pain in left illiac fossa I did usg Nd TVS also.it s shown heterogeneous endometrium and myometrium 9 mm thickness.Plz guide me

For heterogeneous endometrium and menorrhagia your doctor should do an endometrial biopsy to rule out cancer. Myometrium 9 mm can be caused by fibroid.
