What Does This Ultrasound Report Mean?

sir I want to ask that today I got ultrasound of my wife and efw of my wife is 1323g+/-198.55 grams as what is the overall weight of baby is 1323grams and as 198.55 is mentioned with this it is calculated in 1323 or not and it is decreased and my wife has got completed 31 weeks 4 days as well bpd=8.50cms, hc=30.15cms, ac=23.72cms and fl=6.45cms and fhr=142beats/mintues is the baby normal or critical and if any thing to improve the weight of baby please tell sir, I really oblige to you sir.

The weight is mentioned as 1323gm+/- 198.55 gm because we cannot record the weight of the baby exactly on USG. It may be 198 grams more or less. But worry not. Weight of the baby between 1.5 kg to 2.5 kg is completely normal. The weight of your baby will increase till delivery. There are still 5 more weeks to go. Ask your wife to eat well and take rest.
