General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
The small cystic area of 5 mm size embedded in endometrium of uterus, indicates a live pregnancy about 5-6 weeks. The endometrium seems to be thinner and some hormonal replacement is indicated. Two cysts of bigger size are in either ovaries (these are mature follicles which did not ovulate or rupture in ovulation). Mostly these rupture spontaneously. Both the things are separate&it is not molar pregnancy. Growth of the embryo needs to be supported by hormones for its proper growth. Consult your gynecologist earliest.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
