Than i was take to a hospital with having so much of pain... doctors adviced me to ultrasound mine whole abdomen and the impressions suggested that SPLENOMEGALY WITH BILATERAL ILIAC LYMPHADENOPATHY- LIKELY INFECTED. So m not sure about this . Can u describe this whole.?
Hello, I had gone through your query and understand your concern.
Thanks for asking on HCM.
Your USG report shows
01) Splenomagaly: means you have enlarged spleen. This may be due to any blood disorder, malaria etc.
02) Bilateral iliac lymphadenopathy (mostly infected) : This means that lymph nodes in iliac region ( pelvic area) are enlarged on both sides probably due to infection. If you have any infection these lymph nodes tends to enlarge. Once the infection is controlled they will become normal.
Kindly consult your doctor with the report. He will help you with further treatment. He may put you on some medication depending on the type of infection.
Hope this helps.
If you have any other query, feel free to ask.
Regards, Dr.Prathap Kumar
