What Does This Ultrasound Report Mean?

Hi doc, I just had my ultrasound yesterday. The impression for me, Single live intrauterine pregnancy, breech presentation, 36 weeks by BDP and by FL, good cardiac and somatic activities. Adequate amiotic fluid, placenta anterior, Grade 3 and the Biophysical profile: 10/10, reactive NST. Can you please explain the impression for me and is there a possibility that my baby move in proper position and not having a c- section?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Scan report don't suggest any abnormalities. However, since the presentation is breech (leg presentation), obstretician does not take risk for normal delivery. Hence c-section is strongly indicated in view of both mother's and baby's safety. Kindly be prepared. All the best.
