Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Am Felicia from Nigeria, I went for ultrasound and the result indicated my uterus is anteverted, measuring 89x35x37. the endometrum is thin and fairly regular. No significant free POD fluid collected noted and Bowel loops are not dilated. pls what does this means.
Hello Felicia The minimum size of uterus is 76 X 45 X 30 mm , while in your case it is absolutely normal in size . The size of follicle should be around 19 mm to 20 mm on day 14-15 at least to rupture and ENDOMETRIUM thckness must be around 11 mm to conceive. In your case they didn't mention the size of ovaries ( RT & LT). Endometrium is thin but didn't mention the size . While rest of the report card is normal and not significant . Good luck.
