General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
The ultrasound report you have posted says the following:
1. Uterus is normal in shape, size and position.
2. Endometrium is thin and intact.
3. Uterus and endometrium does not indicate pregnancy as there is no presence of gestational sac.
4. Ovaries appear to be consisting of multiple cysts indicating 'Polycystic ovarian Disease' (PCOD).
5. No significant amount of water in cul-de-sac implies that there is no indication of maturation and rupture of follicles during the process of ovulation.
In case your menstrual cycles are delayed or irregular, you need to be examined and investigated for Polycystic Ovarian Disease and treated accordingly to improve your chances of fertility and conceiving.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
