What Does This Ultrasound Report Of Liver Indicate?

hi, my ultrasound report says that I have heterogenous paranchima of liver grade 1 and final part says that heterogenous homeostatıs grade 1. I have read that fatty liver has homogenous paranchim, so I am confused, ı asked my radyologist he said that heterogenity is because of fatty liver,,,

I really appreciate your question, what the findings are given here is not the obvious sign of any liver pathology but it is the nonspecific kind of changes and it may be due to increasing the mass of liver and it may not be due to disease but it could be due to fatty changes and as matter of fact such finding need to be correlate with clinical symptoms hope this information helps.
