Hello, The normal size of the bladder wall is 3 mm. Your thickened bladder wall suggests that it is inflammed or increasing in size due to blockage of urine getting out. Your prostate appears normal. Therefore, it is possible that you have a urinary tract infection. I would advise you to have a urine test to see if there is any bacteria or blood in the urine and give these results to your local doctor in order to get the appropriate medication.
