What Does This Ultrasound Report Of Thyroid Indicate?

I just had a ultra sound the result are : what would be the treatment if any? Routine scanning shows the right lobe of the thyroid measures 4.7 x 1.6 x 2.0 cm. There is a complex appearing nodule measuring 2.2 x 1.1 x 1.2 cm with a solid component measuring 0.9 x 0.5 cm. There is a cystic nodule posteriorly measuring 1.2 x 0.5 x 0.
