General Surgeon 's  Response
hi.

your thyroid ultrasound report means that you have multinodular thyroid goiter. you have a cystic lesion in the middle of your left thyroid gland and multiple nodularities on both sides. a consult with a general surgeon is needed for further management and surveillance. your thyroid hormone levels must be in normal range prior to a surgical procedure. regular follow-up with your doctors is recommended.

hope this helps.

good day!!
