What Does This Ultrasound Report Of Thyroid Indicate?

I have TSH 0.68 mu/L, thyroid peroxidase antibodies 0.2 iu/mL but ultrasound scan shows suggestive of diffuse thyroid disease I have nodules at least 2 in thyroid nodule largest being 8mm and located at left vascular bundle. I also have Sjogren s disease. If thyroid function bloods showing normal what does ultrasound scan neck/thyroid indicate as nodules are hypoechoic? I also have 3mm node supraclavicular fossa area and a few cervical chain. I also have FSH 77.0 and LH 22.9

Hello,

Dear if there is nodule in the thyroid means we have to be evaluated for the nodule. Is it cold nodule or worm nodule or benign or malignant one. Need to be get it done FNAC to confirm the diagnosis. Other nodules you mentioned in the neck may be a lymph node or infection. Some times secondaries in the lymph node may present like this.Please consult with your surgeon he will get it done FNAC and treat you accordingly.
