What Does This Ultrasound Report Of Uterus Indicate?
Uterus measures 9.4 x 5.4 x 5.5 cm mile myometrial echotexture it's within normal limits
Endometrial echo complex measures 14.3 mm the endometrium is normal in echotexture
Right ovary measures 5.0 x 3.5 x 4.5 cm it is normal in echotexture. Arterial and venous flow are demonstrated. There is a new complex cystic lesion with internal echoes and septations measuring 3.7 x 2.7 x 2.9 cm
Left ovary measures 4.6 x 2.3 x 1.9 cm. It is normal in echotexture. Arterial and venous flow are demonstrated. There is a simple cyst measuring 2.7 x 1.8 x 1.1
There is no free pelvic fluid.
My question is any of this normal. Should my uterus be so large and should my endometrial be so long? Does it suggest that I have in endometriosis?

1.Uterus is bulky and endometrium thickness is upper limit normal - also depending on the age.
2.In the women with post menopausal status - the above parameters are more and can think of inflammatory changes on the endometrium.
3.Right ovary shows a complex cyst - which needs a regular monitoring and markers test for malignancy.
4.As complex cysts have possibilities to changes to the malignancy / cancerous.
5.Simple cyst needs to be followed in further scans. Finally the treatment in this case depends on the age of the patient, in elder age hysterectomy will be treatment of choice after the confirmation of the cause / marker test.
