What Does This Ultrasound Report Of Uterus Indicate?

Please explain....My uterus ultra sould detects...."There is a small hypoechoic lesion in the right

posterior aspect of the uterine body measuring 1.4 x 0.7 x 1.1 cm.

endometrial stripe measures 1.3 mm which is within the upper limits of

normal for secretory phase of menstrual cycle. There is a small volume of

heterogeneous material within the major cavity which may represent a small

volume of blood. Please correlate clinically. The cervix is normal in

appearance.



The right ovary measures 2.3 x 1.5 x 2.8 cm. It contains an oval anechoic

structure measuring 1.4 x 1.2 x 1.8 cm suggestive of a dominant follicle.

4 The left ovary measures 2.6 by 0.8 x 1.2 cm. It is of normal echogenicity

without focal masses.
