What Does This Ultrasound Report Of Uterus Mean?

Uterua appears bulky in size and anteverted in position . myometrium shows homogeneous echopatter.no focal myometrial lesion seen. Base line endometrial echo appears normal . no product of conception seen.cervix appears normal. Size of uterus 111 x. 46 mm L/S Above is the report of ultrasound.

Hello, thanks for writing in.
Your scan report shows a uterus which is slightly bulky in size, but otherwise normal in appearance. The uterine walls, do not have any focal lesions, the lining-endometrium is normal.

No product of conception means no tissues which arise in a pregnancy are seen within the endometrium of the uterus.
This finding must be taken in context of the possibility of a pregnancy, with /without bleeding etc details of which are not provided here.
Overall a normal appearance of uterus.
