What Does This Ultrasound Report Regarding Kidney Indicate?

I had an Abdominal Ultrasound done recently. The report said that "At the upper pole of the right kidney, there is a well circumscribed rounded echogenic focus within the perenchyma near the renal sinus. It measures 6 x 5 x 5mm and there is no posterior shadowing. It seems likely to represent a small angiomyolipoma". What does this mean to me?
