What Does This Ultrasound Report Regarding Liver Specify?

US showed a mildly heterogeneous liver measuring 16.8 cm in craniocaudal dimension. There is no intra or extrahepatic bilary dilatation. The common bile duct measures 6 mm. Normal directional flow within the main portal vein. Should I be happy or sad? I do have hepc.
