Hi, My wife had an ultra sonic scan today. the result was anavulatery type of endometrium and have left ovary size 31*16 mm ,largest follicle of 5mm have right ovary size 26*11 mm ,largest follicle of 4mm pouch of doglas - minimal free fluid is there a serious problem ????? please advise
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. based on the ultrasound report you have posted, it states that the development of egg is not up to the mark. Hence, it states that you have certain problems associated with proper development of egg and its timely release. It could lead to the problem with fertility if this happens for long. Hence, you could be tried with ovulation induction medications for this to happen properly. Kindly consult Gynecologist or Infertility specialist for appropriate evaluation and management.
