what harm can impression of unchanged appearance of a markedly heterogeneous endometrium with multiple cystic changes. Direct visualization and endometrial biopsy recommended. Ovaries not visualized. procedure; Ultrasound pelvis. findings; the uterus measures 7.7x4.6x3.7 cm with normal appearance of the myometrium, the endometrial stripe is markedly heterogeneous in appearance and has thickness of 11cm, there are multiple cystic changes within the endometrium. The ovaries are not visualized. No free fluid is present within the pelvis.

Hi,
Endometrium is too much hypertrophied. It can be due to hormonal changes or may be some benign or malignant pathology.
It is better you do endometrial biopsy as early as possible.
