The ultra sound report of me states :RO-37*19mm;LO-39*19mm.Both ovaries shows multiple peripherally arranged foolicles with central echogneic stroma s/o polycystic ovarian pattern. No fluid in cul de sac. Impression: B/L polystic overies Can you please advice me what is the problem actually I have now

There is possibility of polycystic ovaries and if there is hormonal imbalance or symptoms, it should be treated with hormones in future. So you should repeat ultrasound or do CT scan for better visualization.
