Hi. I m 19 year old and I got married on 2014. I want to conceive but still not conceive but few weeks ago I have the symtom of pregnancy urine frequency is increased by the normal, nausea and dizziness and headache. And my first day of last period were 25oct 2016 I had taken home strip test but it s negative and I had taken HCG test which was negative too but still have the symtom I have the urine infection test which results are normal..I day before I had ultrasound no pregnancy shows .my right ovary measuring 2.9*2.1cms and my left ovary measuring 2.4*1.9cms And multiple tiny follicles seen in both over and endometrium is thick and echogenic suggest RPOCs and my uteris size is10.9*5.9*6.1cms Dr plz guides me what wrong with me...
