What does it mean 1. Uterus_appears bulky and shows a single intrauterine gestational sac with sorrounding diffuse chorian and thick decidual reaction. Evidence of diffusely proliferated peripheral vasculature is seen 2. Cervical length measures 3.6cms with small nabotian cyst. Internal is close 3. No evedence of funneling is seen 4.evidence of minimal free fluid/collection is seen in the pouch of Douglas 5. Both ovaries shows polycystic morphology 6.right ovary shows dominant follicle measuring 13x12mm
The report is suggestive of early development phase of fetus with the narrated chorion and decidual reaction. The Nabothian cyst is a preexisting condition of uterus, nothing concerned with pregnancy.
