hi. i went on a ultrasound today and i have diagnosis by this : normal sized retroverted uterus with thin endometrium with probable endometrial polyp T/C posterofundal adenomyoma. normal right ovary with small follicle polycystic left ovary. Right ovary 2.57 1.63 1.91 cm left ovary 3.54 2.18 2.02 cm Follicle: multiple, what those it means, i did not see my obgyne yet, and i am just worried about this. can anyone help me to explain this. thank u

Your uterus is not normal in shape and position. It is retroverted means it is placed slightly posteriorly. This is since birth and not a big thing to worry. 2. You are having endometrial polyp. It is also normal thing. 3. You are having adenomyoma. It is benign (non malignant) tumour of uterus. You should definitely remove this by surgery. Hope I have solved your query.
