Radiologist 's  Response
you have a 1 cm calculus at the junction of ureter with urinary bladder and it is causing obstruction to normal urine flow leading to swelling of kidney and ureter. usually urologist say that stones larger then 1 cm need to be taken out surgically. smaller stones do pass spontaneously. the sonographer has also given the suspicion of a non obstructive calculus in your right kidney.
you should get this stone removed to avoid damage to your kidney.
