What Does This Ultrasound Report Specify?

Please tell me what these findings mean: Hypervascular heterogeneous anteriorly within the myometrium. Differential considerations include a fibroid no other etlologies including adenomyosis and excluded. (Further examination with MRI is recommended). Thank you!

Well come to MCM
This is incomplete and nonspecific findings such findings need to be correlated with the clinical condition, imaging study here could not found anything in specific and so advised for MRI and to get the etiology confirm it need to be done, hope this helps, take care.
