Endometrium is heterogeneous and mildly increased in echogenicity. It is abnormally thickened measuring 2.4 cm. Small amount of free fluid noted. In the right ovary there is a 2 cm anechoic lesion compatible with simple cyst. Some blood flow is noted to both ovaries. Uterus measures 7.3 x 5.8 x 5.1 cm. Right ovary measures 3.8 x 2 x 2 cm. Left ovary measures 2.7 x 1.2 x 2.3 cm.
