What Does This Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

Dear doctor Im trying to conceive. I had an ultrasound scan on day 16th of my cycle.the result are as follows: The follicle seen in d right ovary 27.6*2.11mm and 23.1*17.6 ate collapsed and decreased in size and irregular in shape . Endometric thickness= 11.6mm Small amt of pelvic collection. Conclusion: ovulation occurrd Does the abce report indicate any pregnancy?

ultrasound report concludes that ovulation occurred. ovulation occur in every cycle around mid cycle and it is a normal phenomenon. ovulation does not indicate pregnancy.
after ovulation, ovum is fertilized by sperm in fallopian tube and then fertilized ovum is implanted in uterus.
implanted ovum grow in size and it is observed in ultrasound indicates pregnancy.
so in your report ovulation is occurred, now try for unprotected sex to fertilize the ovum. wait for a month to become sure about pregnancy.
