Your ultrasound report shows that your liver has lost its normal smooth echo texture and now has a coarse echo texture. Your USG shows peri-portal thickening and is indicative of acute hepatitis. The rest of your USG report is more or less normal. You are suggested to cut on addictions if any. Avoid alcohol intake, stay away from red meat, full fat dairy, cheese, fatty oily food, spicy food, food that is hard to digest.
Take boiled food for 1-3 months, you can add a dash of olive oil. Avoid eating raw fruits and veggies. Take well cooked food that is easily digestible in small portions 3-4 times a day. Avoid stress, stay well hydrated and take adequate sleep. You can take liver tonics and digestives for support.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
