What Does This Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

Hi, I m 26wks + 1day pregnant and my scan result reflect this; uterus - gravid, fcp - normal 136b/min, bpd - 70mm, fl - 50mm, placenta location - mid uterine anterior, placenta maturity - grade 1, internal cervical - os closed, amniotic fluid content - adequate, efw - 1.364kg. Please interpret.
