There is a gestational sac with a diameter of 17mm corresponding to a GA of 6 weeks + 0day without any fetal echo for now in the mid cavity. There is a cystic mass measuring 2.3cm by 2.1cm in the right adnexa. It has a regular wall and contains clear fluid. Pouch of Douglas is normal. No free pelvic collection.
