A24mm*19mm hypoechoic s.o.l. is seen near the utrine fundus.subserosal fibriod?? left overian mass. endometrial echocomplex is central. at least two 55mm*39mm*53mm*30mm cysts fullof internal echoes is seen in relation to right overy. endometeriomae please suggest me
