Below the scan report of my dad Right Kidney: shows grade ii-iii renal parenchymal changes. CMD is lost. Few cysts are noted largest in the lower pole measuring 5.4 X 3.9 cms. No internal vascularity / calcification / internal septa in the cyst. Left Kidney – Is small in size with grade II renal parenchymal changes. Urinary bladder: The urinary bladder is partially distended 148 ml of urine. The post void residue is 50 ml. Prostate: The prostate weighs 35 gms, enlarged. There are no focal lesions. Impressions: - Bilateral grade II-III renal parenchymal changes - Right renal simple cysts - Small sized left kidney - Prostatomegaly with significant post void residue.
