What Does This Ultrasound Sonography Test Finding Indicate?

My wife is in to 11.4 weeks tween pregnancy her USG report says both the placenta are situated in the posterior wall extending to the lower segment up to internal os; GR. 0 in maturity Nuchal translucency - 0.15 (Fetus-1) Nuchal translucency - 0.16 (Fetus-2) Can you please whether this is normal or we need to take any precautionary measure ?

The ultrasound shows presence of two fetus or two babies. Regular ultrasound and obstetric visits in each trimester are required.
