What Does This Ultrasound Test Result During Early Pregnancy Indicate?

My last menstral period began March 28. I took hpt and it was positive. My dr did a hcg blood test 48 hrs apart first one 141 second one 569. Ultrasound showed no sac but a thickening uterine wall. I m nervous bc I had a tubal reversal. The ultrasound showed blood flow to my tubes. Could it just be too early for it to show up on the ultrasound???

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

BHCG test shows increasing levels which means an evolving pregnancy. Also the thickening of endothelial lining shows it. The blood flow to the tube shows possibly tubal pregnancy, extra-uterine pregnancy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
