General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The kidneys are often enlarged and hydronephrotic but after delivery as child passes urine for first time, it reverses. Heart rate is normal for 20 weeks and does not indicate any distress. Lungs are never anticipated to develop at 20 weeks. Take expert opinion further.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ajeet Singh, General & Family Physician
