What Does This Ultrasound Test Result During Pregnancy Indicate?

Hi, I m 7 weeks pregnant, baby measured to 7 weeks and heartbeat at 180 but Dr noticed the yolk sac is irregular and kind of heart shaped... Dr said it could be concerning but didn t elaborate and now I m anxious and petrified. Please help?? What are the concerns and could everything still turn out OK?

Yolk sac is initially irregular in shape and it's irregularity decrease at 9-10 weeks of gestation.
It is a very nonspecific finding.
Your doctor did not elaborate the findings because it may be normal or due to the following reasons,
heart abnormalities
Oligohydromnias
Polyhydromnias
Threatened abortion
and at the end of pregnancy there is probability of pre term delivery.
Time will decide its destination.
