General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Looking at your complaints and family history. I feel it's better to get a cardiac check up followed by ECG and stress test if indicated as it's better to be careful than neglect.

Please consult your heart specialist. Till then avoid physical or psychological stress. Have light diet, avoid constipation (drink lot of water and fibers. Continue with medicines you are regularly taking.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
