What Does This Ultrasound Test Result For Pregnancy Indicate?

i am 28 years old. miss my period 5 days now , however i had a at home pregnancy test done which show two line but one is brighter than the other ,I am also having right lower quadrant pain. i when to my gynecologist today , i had a ultra sound done not much reveal except my endometrium is 14mm thick. plan to repeat pregnancy test in one week if my period not back.1 What are the normal thicking of uterus wall ?(2) do you think i am pregnant ? (3) what do you think causing my pain?

Thanks for posting in HCM.
Pregnancy is a possibility when you miss your periods. Urine pregnancy test description what you have given seems to be little inconclusive to say that you are pregnant.
Even on ultrasound, endometrial thickness of 14mm does not suggest that related to pregnancy. You need to visualize gestational sac and fetal pole to confirm the pregnancy on ultrasound. By 8 to 10 weeks, cardiac activity should be noted to say that the pregnancy is viable.
Kindly wait for a week as advised and check your urine for pregnancy test again and accordingly get an ultrasound scan of pelvis done to know the status.
