Hi my girlfriend ultrasound that there is a well defined anechoic cyst in the right overy and its measures 34 * 34mm pls wat does that means.Is it critical.Hw long will to cure.....please my big question you should answer first is :- is it critical is there any complications

according to the report its an ovarian cyst which will regress with the time may be after 1 or 2 cycles of mensturation. nothing worry about it if its remain asymptomatic.
just go for follow up ultrasound after 1or 2 months.
