What Does This Ultrasound Test Result For Vaginal Bleeding And Pelvic Pain Indicate?
I have my period on Aug 2 , 2015 and lasted on Aug.5 .2015..and on August 27 I have vaginal bleeding with severe pelvic pain.vaginal bleeding last only for one day...and today I did ultrasound revealed that my endometrium is thickened about 24..it is possible that im am pregnant? Thanks
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. As per the description, the flow during your periods is normal. Bleeding and pelvic pain could be caused due to ovulation or also due to implantation in women during fertile period who are sexually active. Pregnancy could be a possibility but it can not be surely said with just the finding of endometrial thickness, which you have mentioned as per the ultrasound report. You may wait to see if you miss your periods this time. Get a urine pregnancy test done to see if it would be positive. Then you can go in for ultrasound to confirm, if gestational sac and fetal pole would be visible. Till then, eat healthy food, keep yourself well hydrated and remain stress free. Hope the information given would be useful. All the best.
