What Does This Ultrasound Test Result For Vaginal Pain And Abdominal Bloating Indicate?

I am 43, had a partial hysterectomy 10 years ago leaving my right ovary. For the past year I have had one and off pelvic pain. My doctor sent me for a pelvic ultrasound which showed normal appearance of right ovary measuring 3.1 x 2.9 cm with normal flow.Endovaginal ultrasound showed right ovary measuring 4.1 x 3.5 x2.4 cm and contains a 18x15 mm dominant follicle. My pain is on both sides although only right ovary. I have constant low back pain and abdominal bloating. I have an appointment with gynecologist on 28th but in the mean time I want to know if the size of the cyst should be concerning to me.
