General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
The following things can be inferred based on the ultrasound report you have posted:
1. Uterus is normal in shape, size and texture.
2. Endometrium (uterine lining) is normal.
3. It is a non-pregnant uterus as there is no presence of gestational sac.
4. Cervix is unusual and there is no free fluid in the cul-de-sac.
5. Right ovary is normal, but there is presence of complex fluid filled sacs (cysts) in the left ovary.
Right now, it does not show complete picture related to Polycystic Ovarian Disease (PCOD). However, it needs to be evaluated after few months, based on the symptoms you are having.
Kindly consult Gynaecologist for further evaluation and management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
