General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* The ultrasound report with endometrium thickening of 1.3 cm is indicative of hormone changes induced adenomyosis or else.

Hemorrhagic cyst of left ovary needs surgical intervention in most of the cases. If the symptoms are available to co relate with these findings, I would be in a better direction to guide more precisely on clinical grounds.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
