I just had a shock wave treatment a month ago. Then I had an ultrasound saying that both of my kidneys have hypoechoic parenchymal echo pattern with distinct corticonmedullary differentiation. Both central sinus echo complexes are unremarkable. Is this good or bad. If good why am i having continuous pain below my lower left abdomen near the hip joint. If bad, what should I do. By the way, I also have enlarged prostate glands.
