Endometrial cavity is normal in appearance. There is prompt opacification of the fallopian tubes bilaterally. Prompt peritoneal spillage of contrast is identified on the left and delayed peritoneal spillage of contrast on the right indicating tubal patency. Delayed film is unremarkable What does it mean?

it indicates that your Fallopian tubes are patent or hollow. this is a good thing as it means your eggs can travel through them easily and this increases your chances of getting pregnant. If this ultrasound was done to check your ability to bear a child then this is a good result.
