What Does This Ultrasound Test Result Of Uterus Indicate?

I was told yesterday that I have a 5cm complex mass on my right ovary. I am 37 with 2 children and no family history. Curious what to expect. I have had 2 ultra sounds. One in June and mass was 3cm. I have an Mri on Monday and I have refused the contrast.

it can be ovarian cyst. you should always consult doctor for your problem and if doctor recomands some test then you should go for it. your porosity amounts to self medication since doctor have to think about treatment.
